About us
We started in Lahore in 1980 with a simple belief: buildings in Pakistan deserve materials made for Pakistan. Not generic imports labeled for temperate climates, but membranes, boards, and coatings tested against real rooftop temperatures, monsoon seasons, and decades of sun.
Today we manufacture and supply under names people in the field actually ask for—PetroGrip for torch-applied, self-adhesive, and DPC waterproofing; engineered polyurethane and polyurea coatings; geomembranes and PVC waterstops—all made in-house. Thermal insulation (XPS boards and polyurethane foam) is supplied through our sister concern, Green Insulation Private Limited. Our team works alongside contractors, consultants, developers, and homeowners from the first specification to the last inspection, across Pakistan.
We are not the loudest brand in the market. We are the one still answering the phone when a project needs technical support ten years after completion. That is who we intend to remain.

In-house manufacturing
When you control production, you control consistency. That is why we keep manufacturing close—not as a marketing phrase, but as a daily practice on the factory floor.
Petroseal manufactures PetroGrip bitumen membranes in-house—separate APP and SBS torch-applied lines, self-adhesive sheets, and self-adhesive DPC rolls—plus polyurethane waterproofing coatings, polyurea, HDPE/LLDPE/PVC geomembranes, HDPE geocell, geogrid, geotextile, and PVC waterstoppers. We have supplied geosynthetic systems for major hydropower and dam civil works including Suki Kinari Hydropower Project and Diamer Bhasha Dam, coordinating with contractors such as FWO and Power China on site requirements.
XPS insulation boards and polyurethane foam (rigid and spray-applied) are produced by our sister concern, Green Insulation Private Limited, giving you a single technical relationship for waterproofing and insulation on major builds.
Local manufacturing means shorter lead times when your site is ready, fair pricing without import volatility, and formulations tuned for Pakistan's heat, UV, and monsoon cycles. Every batch is traceable. Every improvement is intentional.
