Method Statement: PETROUREA Polyurea Spray Application
Method statement PS-MS-05: PETROUREA hot-spray polyurea on concrete and steel, from surface preparation and priming to thickness and holiday tests.
This method statement covers surface preparation, priming, plural-component hot-spray application and quality control of PETROUREA pure polyurea coatings on concrete and steel, for roof and deck waterproofing, tanks and bunds, and industrial surfaces.
Grade, thickness and primer are selected per project for immersion, chemical, temperature, UV and mechanical exposure; chemical media and immersion limits must be confirmed for each project.
