Podium Waterproofing Systems
Podium waterproofing must tolerate structural movement, landscaping loads, and wet–dry cycles while protecting occupied space below. Petroseal uses SBS or APP bitumen systems under protection screeds, or liquid systems where seamless detailing is preferred, with explicit treatment of planters, joints, and drains.
